FAQS - LOGO DESIGN AND BRANDING
1. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH YOU?
Every project is different, so we always like to talk about your specific needs first. Then we’ll put together a custom proposal and quote just for you. Design is an investment and we always want to make that investment worthwhile for our clients. Our goal is to make growing your business simpler. By giving you the tools to utilize your branding well, you’ll have more confidence to launch that new product, expand your services or open up that brick and mortar. And that, friends, is a valuable gift for your business.
2. DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Absolutely! Working with a designer is a big investment, so we try to make payments as simple as possible for our clients. First, you'll pay a 30% deposit to reserve your spot in our schedule. From there, we'll break up the rest into 3-4 payments that will be spread equally throughout our project. However, we’re flexible and are happy to discuss other payment plans options that work better with your budget.
3. WHAT IF I JUST WANT A LOGO?
When businesses ask us this, we always follow up with this question – how big of an impact do you want to make on your audience? If standing out from the crowd and creating a memorable experience is your goal, then you’re going to need more than a logo. Our goal is to create a well-rounded brand that gives you all the tools and flexibility to have a cohesive identity without being repetitive.
4. I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO. CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?
We take a lot of pride in our process and ensuring that there is meaning and heart behind every design decision. We also want to make sure that everything feels aligned and consistent for our clients. Because of this, we do not work with any existing brand identities or logos and ask that all new clients go through a rebrand with us before working on any collateral pieces or their website.
5. DO YOU USE A LOGO DESIGN SOFTWARE?
Absolutely not! We only produce custom logo designs and original graphic design artwork
6. HOW SOON CAN WE START?
Our availability varies throughout the year, but we typically book projects 1-3 months in advance.
